Inspired by the pride New Zealand has for its unique food culture, our goal is to grow the next generation of chefs, bartenders, baristas and hospitality leaders to put us on the world map. The Culinary Collective is built around the ways people like to eat, drink and be entertained today.
We’ll teach you more than just skills at The Culinary Collective. We’ll show you how to give people a real experience - how to make restaurant and hotel guests feel genuinely welcome, how to create and serve top notch dishes and drinks and how to tell the stories behind them, whether its a cocktail or a three course meal.
Our goal is to help you make a career out of something you really care about. We’ll do that by getting you excited about New Zealand’s unique food, beverage and service culture. Where ingredients come from, how they’re prepared today, how they’re used traditionally and most importantly how to deliver meals, drinks and service in a modern, memorable way. Along the way, you’ll see just how far high-quality Kiwi hospitality can take you.

The Culinary Collective is New Zealand’s brand new cooking and hospitality school, based in Auckland City, Sylvia Park and Hamilton. We are part of NZMA, a category one provider and the largest private tertiary group in New Zealand.
